Presenn Privacy Policy

Effective Date: March 31, 2026
Last Updated: March 31, 2026
Policy Version: 1.0

This Privacy Policy explains how PreSeen Inc. (“PreSeen”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you access or use our Services. It applies to everything we offer across our websites and applications — including our main site at preseen.ai, our product environment at cloud.preseen.ai, and any related tools, APIs, or features that form part of the PreSeen platform (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

When you create an account or authenticate through third-party providers such as Google or GitHub, we receive information that includes your name or username, email address, and unique provider identifiers. If you use an email-and-password login, we also store a hashed version of your password. We maintain the minimum information necessary to identify you and provide access to your account.

When you upload content to the platform—such as datasets, documents, media files, model inputs, prompts, annotations, labels, configuration files, or any data processed within workflows—we treat this material as “User Content.” Any output generated from your inputs, including model results, predictions, training artifacts, or logs, is referred to as “Outputs.” Together, these form “Customer Content,” which you own and control.

As you interact with the Services, we automatically collect information that helps us understand how the platform is being used and how to maintain its performance and security. This includes IP addresses, browser types, device identifiers, workflow interactions, execution logs, security logs, crash reports, and other diagnostic information. We also use cookies and similar technologies to maintain session integrity, improve loading performance, and better understand usage patterns. These technologies do not track users for advertising purposes.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect first and foremost to deliver the Services you request—authenticating your account, processing your data, running workflows, training models, generating results, maintaining platform reliability, and supporting your interactions with the system. This includes enabling collaboration, managing subscriptions, and responding to support inquiries.

Unless restricted by an enterprise agreement, we may also use your Customer Content, including inputs, outputs, and metadata, to improve the quality, reliability, and safety of our Services. This includes refining algorithms, enhancing workflow stability, reducing errors, understanding failure modes, and developing new features. These improvements may depend on aggregated or anonymized analysis of how the platform is used. If you are an enterprise customer, you may request a contractual arrangement that restricts or disables our use of your Customer Content for improvement purposes.

Information is also processed to maintain the security of our Services. This includes detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, malware, unauthorized access, and harmful behavior. We may examine logs, metadata, or specific content when necessary to investigate anomalies or security incidents, or when required to provide support. Limited, controlled human review may occur in such cases. All internal access to Customer Content is audited and governed by strict policies.

We may further process information to comply with legal requirements, exercise or defend legal claims, or respond to lawful requests from authorities.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only in limited circumstances: with service providers operating under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations; with third-party model suppliers when required to process your request; with business partners but only with your explicit consent; with law enforcement or governmental entities when legally required; or with a successor organization in the event of a merger, acquisition, or corporate reorganization. In all other cases, we do not disclose personal information unless we are compelled to do so by law or necessary to protect the safety, rights, or integrity of the Services.

4. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, meet legal obligations, maintain security, resolve disputes, and continue improving system reliability. Uploaded datasets, workflows, projects, and related artifacts are retained until you delete them. Account information remains until you close your account. Certain logs and audit data may persist temporarily even after account deletion for fraud prevention, security, or compliance purposes. Deletion of your account does not reset prior usage limits or entitlements unless required by law.

5. Security

We employ industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest, implement strict role-based access controls, maintain detailed internal access logs, conduct continuous monitoring for suspicious activity, and use secure backup and system integrity mechanisms. Although we work to protect your information, no online platform can guarantee absolute security, and you use the Services at your own risk.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, as well as the right to restrict certain processing activities.

To exercise these rights, you may contact us at:

We may require verification of your identity before completing your request, and legal or operational limitations may apply.

The Services are not designed for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn that information belonging to a child under 13 has been collected, we will delete it promptly.

8. International Data Transfers

PreSeen processes and stores information in the United States and may transfer data to other countries where our infrastructure or service providers are located. These jurisdictions may have different data-protection laws from your own. When required, we use legal mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses to facilitate compliant international transfers.

9. Updates to This Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy as our Services evolve or as laws change.

When we make significant updates, we will provide notice where required.

Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
